A 5% accounting
adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $500 are paid in full
by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in
advance of scheduling the appointment. |

all accepted in our office. |

We offer CareCredit because your smile is important to us. CareCredit is a convenient, low minimum monthly payment program for your entire family specifically designed to pay for healthcare and elective treatment not covered by insurance. |
